1. 1) The Product may vary from pictures.
2. 2) Any Order that is pending due to incorrect address, phone number not responding or consignee being unavailable will be considered as a closed case (Express Gifts By Wahid Solution will not accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery).
3. 3) Express Gifts By Wahid Solution reserves the right to offer substitute products in case of unavailability.
4. 4) Message given by sender instructions, will be typed on the gift card exactly as provided, including names and spellings.
5. 5) If the couriers are made to wait an extended amount of time, especially in restricted / high security areas, Express Gifts by Wahid Solution will not be responsible for the freshness of the products due to such delays.
6. 6) Any complaint regarding the “taste” of the eatables which is based on personal likes or dislikes, will not be entertained, unless the product is rotten.
7. 7) Express Gifts By Wahid Solution reserves all the rights to cancel any order.
8. 8) A Customer can lodge complaint within the same day when product delivered any query after 24 hours would not be entertained.
9. 9) We can never predict what awaits us, traffic jams, suppliers items not ready for delivery, law and order issues, rainy weather, we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery times, we will try our best to deliver within given timelines.
