Refund and Returns Policy

At Wahid Solution, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering a reliable and transparent refund and returns process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. General Conditions

  • Volume and Weight Calculations: Client charges are based on either volume or weight, whichever is higher. Volume weight is calculated using the formula:
    Volume Weight (kg) = (Height (cm) x Width (cm) x Length (cm)) / 5000

2. Customized Deliveries

  • Refunds for Customized Items: Customized or personalized items, are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
  • Complimentary Greeting Card: A complimentary greeting card is delivered with every order at customer request, with personal messages written on it.

3. Delivery Specifics

  • Delivery Timeline: Our delivery timelines begin once payment is received and verified, not when the order is placed, particularly in the case of IBFT payments.
  • Order Information Accuracy: Orders with incomplete or incorrect information (e.g., wrong address, phone number) will not be processed. Wahid Solution is not responsible for non-delivery due to inaccurate details.
  • Delivery Location: If the given address differs from the actual shipping address, Wahid Solution will not be responsible for non-delivery.

4. Delivery Attempts and Exceptions

  • First Delivery Attempt: The initial delivery attempt is made within the standard delivery window (1-3 business days). If unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made within 24 hours, depending on product availability.
  • Maximum Delivery Attempts: A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. After the second failed attempt, the order will be returned to Wahid Solution and marked as canceled.
  • Delivery in Public Places: For deliveries in public places (e.g., hospitals, academic institutions), please provide an alternate number along with the recipient’s actual number. If the phone number is unresponsive or the recipient is unavailable, it will be treated as a closed case.

5. Product Variations

  • Appearance of Products: Products may vary slightly in appearance from the pictures displayed on our website. Flower arrangements and certain product designs are subject to regional and seasonal availability.
  • Substitutions: Wahid Solution reserves the right to substitute products in case of unavailability. If the recipient agrees to pick up the order later, Wahid Solution will not be responsible for the product’s freshness.

6. Refund Policy

  • Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order within the specified timeline, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund process will start once you notify us within 24 hours of the delivery delay.
  • Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for items with a delivery timeline of more than 48 hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Service Limitations

  • Service Area: Our customized delivery solutions are available for both domestic and international deliveries. However, our Express Gifts by Wahid Solution service is currently limited to Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, and Sukkur.
